eat and enjoy

the TEFF chocolate pudding is a home run

a new drink :

golden beet steamed, peeled, diced, put in blender

add freshly squeezed juice of orange

gorgeous golden color

yellow is the color of healing

dinner tonite is toasted amaranth grains

simmered in homemade broth

garnished with sage leaves crisped in butter


once upon a time Catarina made linguine with sage butter

for a visitor who liked it berry berry much

the visitor then made the dish for a guest of hers

she used desert sage and it was berry berry bitter
