first thaw out the 1/2 pound of chopped sirloin

the grandson is the icebox police

if an item is not eaten Right Away

especially if it is meat

it must go in the freezer until it is be used

when the sirloin is partially thawed

use the food processor to whir it to a pate.ish consistency

that is : pa tay ish

in the nature of pate

it will then be combined with a few finely chopped sweet (not too sweet!)

onions

rolled into a crepe that has been designed to be an extra thin tortilla

we hope to come up with something akin to an enchilada

as in

the "whole enchilada"
