you kept on breathing !

you stamped your feet on it

it felt like all 14 sessions of Rolfing rolled into one

every body part was being twisted into a new configuration

boy did that every hurt

the pain was so intense

i wanted to scream bloody murder

then

as the pain began to let up and subside

i was dazed

i cdnt believe i had been through that

i drifted around the house

everything looked different

i felt completely drained

at the same time a kind of elation

came over me

i was actually excited

i had stood up to the pain

and didnt even weep

didnt even shreek


i kept on breathing !
