here's the thing :

Bob Evans biscuit and gravy at breakfast was the winner of

Skaterina' first cross country junket intended to sample biscuits and gravy

to pick the best wherever she et

Bob Evans had the best

here's the thing :

over many cross country trips

Skaterina discovered that an order of their rather tasty home fries which were in the form of dice, crisped up

with the gravy on top !

was the best of all !

hold the biscuits

here's one more thing;

sitting at the counter

gets you hotter gravy and quicker service

the gravy is kept hot right there at the counter / shoot / what a discovery

the waitress at the counter / all she had to do / was twirl around / scoop up the gravy

douse the home fries and serve 'em up

got it done ~


Bob Evans also has a senior citizen menu

Skaterina favored their meat loaf with mash taters and yes more gravy

or

Chicken Fried Steak with mash taters and yes more gravy

there were times when driving across the swath of the country that is the 70

Skaterina would eat three meals a day at Bob Evans and each was in a different

town or state !

she doesnt eat like that anymore but she can dream, cant she ?
