Skaterina loved milk

she was definitely a milk drinker

even better when it was cream !

she loved hot buttered milk at bedtime

when DD became an ayurvedic devotee

told her about ghee

they made a lot ghee

time goes by

with the cancer diagnosis she drank less and less milk

last night feeling a little empty she thought Ah Ha let's have a glass of milk

oooooo

it was icky

she thought of the zen master in the Be Here Now book

written by the Harvard scholar who researched the uses of LSD

the Harvard scholar who became Baba Ram Dass gave a mighty

amount of acid to this zen master who was, apparently, so in tune

with the grace of the Universe that nothing changed at all

he was the highest of the high

no amount of LSD cd make him higher

also apparently he lived on a glass of milk a day

Skaterina then wonders how little cd she eat and still maintain

the lifestyle of her choosing ?
