Skaterina and the husband who wanted to be an actor and their little girl

went to live in New York City

with a few martinis and a librium Skaterina demonstrated that she cd turn into

SomeOne Else

it was not always Jackie Kennedy / smile

the husband considered his wife to be schizophrenic

ah no

no no no

Skaterina (who was Kathy then) knew that she was multiphrenic

and that she was in control

her first extra phrenia was Kappy who delightedly made potholders

on a little red loom, wooly squares on a weave.it loom, and quidkly

picked up a crochet hook to make little round things

which cd become small purses / she even put a zipper in one

great aunt Maudie then showed her how to make a knit stitch

great aunt Maudie had a German family so the knit stitch was

Continental instead of English or "throw"

for this Kappy grew into KnitterMe and was eternally grateful

for Continental knitting was the way to go

the "other" Kappy later turned into a variety of "others" like Kathy

and eventually Skaterina

Kathy was the one who roller skated, rode a bike, waded barefoot in the creek,

planted a garden in the woods, got monumental poison ivy and grew radishes

and produced dramas for the deliction of the neighbors / she also liked to sleep

outside and go to summer camp

shes the one who also joined the Girl Scouts and was good (smart) in school

later other versions of the two selves appeared from time to time

with often disastrous and/or calamitous results

we wont go there / not yet

KnittterMe is Skaterina's knitting body

she is the most enduring and the most stable of all her phrenias

and that is a good thing
