when i say "normal" i mean the ear ache thingie is finally going away

really going away

not coming back at odd moments

yup, she had an ear ache and it made her jaw hinge hurt too and sometimes also her head

this was disconcerting

she googled ear ache to learn that two causes may be throat cancer or dental problems

paranoia sets in

there is a search for a hair dryer

our mom told us years ago that the trreatment for an ear ache was blowing warm air into the ear with a hair dryer

it works !!

well, it finally worked

it took weeks and a lot of aspirin

She wdnt go to see nice Dr M

she believes in Henry Miller's wise words On Being 80

(if something goes "wrong" ignore it and it will go away)

yes yes / finally it goes away

but only after coming back too many times

she became quite stressed and cranky
