almost forgot
when Skaterina was growing up she wanted to See the World
she was lucky
she lived where there was lots of the world to see up close and personal
she had a mother who liked to take her to see what was in museums and and to see performances of live theatre
Mama even bought seasons tickets !

after the games they would down on the field to get Steve Bagarus' autograph and to ogle at this good looking quarterback
Skaterina still remembers seeing The Spirit of St Louis hanging in the old
Smithsonian Museum / the original one / the old brick building / the one called
the castle
