lump on tongue discovered Wednesday night November 28

appointment is made to see Dr Munger, primary care physician for Monday

not wanting to wait until Monday due to Xmas Faire over the weekend Skaterina goes to the ER on Thursday morning

the ER doctor told her to make an appointment with a specialist and not to wait until she saw Dr Munger on Monday / she told the ER doctor how to lose weight and get healthy with kale melts and the Tibetan Rites

she made an appointment with the specialist for the Monday week after and went to Price to see him (Dr Lyman)

Dr Lyman suggested a C and T scan (cat scan) which she had in Moab on Thursday Dec 13

Skaterina's 79th birthday was on December 15 / she and the son.out.law had dinner and a margarita each for dinner / family members daughter and grandson were back east for the former husband's 80th birthday 

(Skaterina didnt mind they had gone but it did occur to her that this might be her last birthday)

Cat scan results indicate growth moving to include lymph node / biopsy is indicated

biopsy takes place on December 28

one month has passed since the discovery of the lump

the cells are now identified, not as squamous, but as muco epidermoid carcinoma

source is salivary glands

isnt that interesting ? she says to the doctor

duh

he suggests seeing head and neck surgeons in Salt Lake City

we await date and time of this appointment to be made by Dr Lyman
